How do I cancel my membership?
Log into your customer account (click ‘Log In’ at the top. of this page), navigate to your account details, and select ‘Cancel.’
When will I receive Loon Lake? What if it's lost in the mail?
Loon Lake is mailed around the 20th of every month if your membership was active by the 7th of that month, which allows me enough time to order & pack everything :)
Billing occurs on the 1st.
Envelopes are sent with a stamp! This means they are not trackable, but this is also how I keep it affordable!
Envelopes can take up to 4 weeks to reach US mailboxes and 6+ weeks to reach international mailboxes.
There are many variables, and they are all beyond my control. This mystery and intrigue are part of snail mail’s charm.
I will happily replace your issue of Loon Lake if it doesn’t arrive -- just fill out the form below:
U.S. subscribers:
- If you don’t receive your report by the 15th of the following month, please fill out this form.
International Subscribers
- If you don’t receive your report by the 30th of the following month, please fill out this form.

How do I change my payment information or shipping address?
Payment information: Please log in to your customer account and update your payment information.
Shipping address: Changes submitted on or before the 15th of the month will be reflected in that month's mailing.
After the 15th of the month, I do not have the ability to change your address for that month's mailing, but I will change it for all future mailings.
